Product Description

FREMANTO-L Tablets combine the dual action of Montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, and Levocetirizine, a non-sedative antihistamine.

This synergistic formulation provides effective and long-lasting relief from allergic symptoms, including sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and itchy or watery eyes.

It is especially useful in managing seasonal allergic rhinitis, perennial allergies, and asthma-related respiratory discomfort.

Composition

Therapeutic Indications

FREMANTO-L is indicated for:

Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever)

Perennial allergic rhinitis

Allergic asthma and respiratory allergies

Chronic urticaria (hives)

Sneezing, nasal congestion & itching

Mechanism of Action

Montelukast: Blocks leukotriene receptors, preventing airway inflammation, bronchoconstriction, and mucus secretion.

Levocetirizine: Selectively inhibits histamine (H1) receptors, reducing allergic reactions without causing sedation.

Together, they provide dual protection controlling allergy symptoms and improving respiratory comfort.

Dosage & Administration

Recommended Dose: One tablet once daily, preferably in the evening, or as directed by the physician.

Route: Oral

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight.
