Composition
Therapeutic Indications
Sawderm Cream is indicated in the management of:
Inflammatory skin conditions with secondary infections
Mixed bacterial and fungal skin infections
Superficial fungal infections
Dermatitis with suspected infection
Itching, redness and skin irritation requiring combination therapy
Mechanism of Action
Ofloxacin: Kills bacteria by inhibiting DNA gyrase.
Ornidazole: Acts against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa.
Itraconazole: Destroys fungal cell membranes by inhibiting squalene epoxidase.
Clobetasol Propionate: Reduces redness, itching, and swelling by suppressing inflammatory mediator
Together, these agents provide synergistic action for comprehensive infection control and soothing relief.
Dosage & Administration
Clean and dry the affected area before application.
Apply a thin layer of Sawderm Cream to the affected skin once or twice daily or as prescribed by the physician.
Do not cover the area with a bandage unless advised by your healthcare provider.
